The Stuffed Guru Forum - youth forum for The Stuff Project - have been together for a year now and what better way to celebrate than a fun team building day!
9 young volunteers from the forum spent the day at Lea Green Activity Centre in Matlock. We had an action packed day beginning with logic games which tested our memory and communication skills, then racing round in a fab selection of adapted bikes. After lunch we braved the amazing Team Swing and ended the day learning to make camp fires so we could toast marshmallows!

Not only was it great fun, but it did show how well we work together as a team and how much we support each other and enjoy it! It was great to see people’s strengths - whether that was leading, motivating and encouraging others or communicating with the group, everyone had an important part to play and I was extremely proud to see what a great group I work with.
